Subway - Garden Grove

Please go the extra mile to another subway location. I placed a mobile pickup order, arrived to the location 10 minutes later, and they didn't even start making the sandwiches yet. My partner was observing the process and asked the employee if he could follow the mobile order request of adding more olives. The employee refused and said that olives were too expensive. ARE YOU JOKING??We ended up taking the sandwiches without a fight and opened up the sandwiches to see the saddest amount of olives--on top of that, they used Italian bread instead of the requested multigrain bread (see photos).If you see the older Hispanic man wearing glasses is working, just turn around and leave.

This place closes at 9 but wouldn't serve me at 8:45. what?? If that old asian lady wants to go home so early then she should find another job or take a different shift. don't close down the restaurant when i'm tryna pay for dinner.

I called in a catering order and the woman who took it was not the nicest. She was very scattered and frantic taking our order. It did not help her accent was very heavy, so it made it kind of hard to understand what she was asking me. Upon arrival to pick up our order, they were still making it and had us wait on the side. It was not busy and the worker in the front was really pleasant. I wish I got his name, he was a younger kid and asked us if we wanted water and just ensured us our order would be ready. The young lady working on our order was very rude and unpleasant to deal with. She had an attitude from when we walked in. I just asked about our order, I know it wasn't ready for pick up till 12pm, but we got there early as we did not want to get stuck in lunch traffic. She was like, ITS NOT 12PM YET, YOU HAVE TO WAIT... I just said, no problem, we wanted to hang out in the AC and we know we're early!! Flora that was very rude, and if no one told you, let me tell you! I am paying customer, with a pretty big order. I just wanted to get there early to have enough time to pick up the items and wait inside the nice establishment. Your condescending comments were not wanted. We have not returned since and will be sure to take our business elsewhere! Thanks for being awesome YOUNG GUY at the front! Your effort made this review a 3 stars! Horrible place I had a mobile order I show up they were barely making it which is okay). The guys says sit down n I'll call you when it's ready. The guy is kind everything is normal get my food and go. When I get home there was no meat in my sandwich we bought 3 foot longs) non had meat they were only veggies and upon further inspection, we founds scraps. I was wondering if this was normal for orders but I placed another order the next day at a different t location and wham-bam full of meat. This location is stingy doesn't care about portions to mess up 3 orders is horrible. Don't shop here I feel bad if this is a franchise but have these guys go out of business. Horrible service. Don't recommend. Please listen and don't spend your money here.

There was 7 minutes left and they closed already. I only wanted cookies. They had them on the little cookie shelf. Sheit store. They only cared about leaving. It's 12.29.22 at 7:54 pm and they refused me service. Booo.
