Good prices, good service, excellent food. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They want you to be satisfied. We had the tango chicken and sweet/sour chicken lunch combos. We were very happy with them. You were so good!

The food is delicious and a special treat is the hot and sour soup. This restaurant is visited by locals and they do a very large take out repeat business in the area. Over the years many different Chinese restaurants have come and gone in West Garden Grove, but only Ta Chen remains because of the incredible loyal support of the local community (which is a testament to the great food, fair prices and exceptional courtesy and outgoing friendliness of the owner

This restaurant offers delicious food at reasonable prices, along with friendly service. We ordered the Szechwan dinner, which included hot and sour soup, an egg roll, fried shrimp, wrapped chicken, and rice. Following a friend's recommendation, we also tried the orange chicken and moo shu pork. I especially liked the addition of scrambled eggs in the rice. Each entrée was generous enough to serve two people.
