The pupusas are amazing, the sopa de rez and the sopa de gallina are both crazy good. El curtido can be a bit too spicy at times. Yesterday, I drove from Huntington Harbour area just to pick up dinner. We ate the soups during cold days and my son recovering from a cold soup is always a great cure. We ordered 4 pupusas, I specifically told the lady on the phone they are for 4 individuals to wrapped them separately. Today, my son tells me there is no curtido. Who eats pupusas without curtido. We love the pupusas a day or two days later toasted. I called to complaint, I spoke to Saul dude didn 't even apologize. He sounded he didn 't care but said he will tell someone. Now, last time, I ordered a young kid prepared the takeout and he did outstanding. This time, order dude got food ready and didn 't put the curtido. WARNING , Miren la comida que ordena para llevar porque si no es completa como mis pupusas que no los dieron El curtido. Pupusas sin curtido no se comen por Salvadoreños. Hoy, hable a reportar a Saul vato no le importo ni dijo perdona. La comida es phenomenal pero chequeye la ordena primero. The pupusas are tasty and so cheesy. The people there are genuine, and the food tastes genuine too. I love their chicken tamales and the chipilin as well. I love their nuegados too. Also the semita pastry is sweet and fresh. I highly recommend this place. I recommend paying cash for easy transaction and help small businesses. I visit this place frequent. I almost forgot. I love their pan con pollo. It tasted authentic too.
