Asa Ramen - Gardena

Great cozy ramen place next to a karaoke bar. Great seasoning, noodles cooked just right. If you like it crazy spicy they got you covered! Croquettes are amazing, lightly crispy, perfect. Wonderful customer service! Our favorite ramen in the area and there are a lot.

Probably the least expensive ramen I've had in the area. The ramen was good and they come in large portions. The karaage, gyoza, and fried oysters are delicious!

Located just north of the 405 on Western Avenue, Asa Ramen is a hidden gem that serves delicious bowls of ramen. The restaurant has a nostalgic atmosphere that transports you back in time, with the faint smell of cigarettes from the karaoke/hostess cafe next door adding to the ambiance. The best part for customers is that the weekend waiting lists are almost non-existent and the influencers have moved on, making it a more enjoyable dining experience.

The food was fantastic. I ordered the Curry Ramen, a soy sauce-based soup that was perfectly seasoned - not too salty. The portion size was huge. The server was friendly and attentive. They also offer outdoor seating.

Got off the plane late at LAX in the rain and this was the perfect bowl of ramen still open. I had the spicy special and my girlfriend had the curry. Both were very good and much better than most ramen we can get in Colorado. Prices were outstanding and I would definitely go back again. Staff was very quick but they had stopped cooking the octopus for the night. Thanks for a great meal.
