Yuk Dae Jang Gardena

All I know is that this place serves soups. It was good...the seafood with glass noodles. If I come back, I'll try the short ribs (not a soup). The server was attentive.

Very impressive how they keep the quality consistent.... I have been at the ones in LA, Irvine and now in Gardena, the same quality, but the same mediocre service.... hence only 4-star, where as food itself is 5-star deserving.... it's a shame.

Ordered via DoorDash. I love their Yukgaejang with handmade ramen (extra spicy)! The ramen was soooo well made and the flavor was so addictive. I also got the Dumplings Rice Cake in Ox Bone Broth. Unfortunately I didn't like it as much because theflavor was very mild and the rice cake was a little mushy.

Oh my goodness, this hits the spot especially for cooler nights. The bone broth soup here is really amazing. We tried the original and the spicy broths and both were equally awesome. It all depends on your preference if you would like your soup a bitspicier. I will definitely come back again and explore the rest of the menu. 10 of 10 would recommend.

Food was mediocre. We got bossam- it was on the dry side and yuk gae Jang with pasta noodle. The service was equally mediocre. I asked what sort of pasta is in the soup and our server simply said fresh pasta , which really doesn 't clarify much. Overall,it was okay but wouldn 't go back.
