Krystal - Gardendale

Food was cold even though we ordered half with no onions so they should have been made fresh. The cheese wasn't even melted. I don't know what they did to the fries, but these new ones are just nasty. Bring back the old ones. They were the best.

Their lobby was only open for another 30 minutes, but they were still welcoming and friendly. The food was hot and might just be the best Krystal meal I've ever had!

The restaurant is unclean; it seems like no one has swept or mopped in weeks, and the bathroom is in poor condition as well.

No food or employee complaints Just curious as to what has been going on with this gardendale location? The last three times I've stopped there, which have been sporadic and random, for one reason or another, I could not place an order. It might evenhave been four times. I know two times there system was down as far as keeping up with orders and money etc. And the last timerecently it looked like they were doing some HVAC work I grew up going to this location and I've come to realize itdesperately needs renovation lol

Que is always so sweet and friendly! The service is excellent, and my food is consistently quick and fresh. However, I do have an issue with an older lady, I believe her name is Margaret. She has been quite rude and often speaks in a condescending manner. I've never encountered anyone who would stand in line with customers and openly criticize not only her boss but also others—it's just unprofessional. I experienced an overcharge at the drive-thru and went inside to resolve it. Margaret had a really unpleasant attitude, even after I showed her the receipt, having just left the drive-thru. I spoke to her manager about the situation, and she was incredibly nice and handled everything without issue. The manager is the main reason I continue to visit; otherwise, the service wouldn't be as good.
