Cicis Pizza - Garland

My service was great today. I actually make the drive here, rather than go to the one in Rowlett which is right around the corner from me. The pizza here is SO good!! The manager gave us very generous servings of salad (during covid they have to make it for you. The workers down the line gave us very generous servings of pasta as well. Anytime you wanted pizza someone was right there. Remember if there's something specific you want, just ask and they'll make it fresh for you!! I ordered half supreme half pepperoni jalapeno and OMG. The cheese just fell apart like beautiful magic! I felt like Selena when she was eating her pizza in the movie lol. Social distancing in the arcade but it is still open which I really appreciate as a parent. Will be back next week! Thank you guys for our dinner !!

I strongly recommend asking for a bacon cheese pizza when visiting the buffalo. Not all Cicis have this amazing service and friendly staff (if the Lady Manager is responsible)

He arranged for two orders, and when I mentioned my promotional coupon, he seemed even more annoyed. After I paid with my debit card, he claimed that the transaction was denied, which I knew was impossible. His behavior was rude and deceptive. I pointed out how disrespectful he was in his conversations with me, especially since I've been a loyal customer. I strongly advise staying away from this place. It seems like the manager, Ronald, is more interested in closing up than in providing good customer service (he definitely needs to invest more time in learning those skills). To top off our negative experience, he threatened to call the police on us. All we wanted was to have a quiet and enjoyable meal at CiCi's Pizza, as we've done at other locations, but this visit was anything but pleasant.

You have to go to PIZZAS! Well, we checked the box before we left the cicis, 3 shots running around the side of the pizza box! Fearable experience hoped that we had done some work instead of leaving a terrible review, but people need to know what kind of restaurant they are? I'm looking! Pizza was first disappointed before I could take photos

Restaurant was busy, tables were dirty. Manager was the only employee who spoke English. One of our parties ordered a special pizza and that was an ordeal on its own. I took a piece from a special order, 3 of them were left, and was rudely said to put it back, in as many words as they hardly spoke English, it was for someone else. Yeah, the pane was on my plate and she took it back.
