Del Rancho Mexican Grill - Garland

This was our second time to be there. We went for lunch and shared the fajita nachos. They were plentiful and outstanding. The chips and salsa were very good also. They seem to possibly be understaffed this time so service was pretty slow once we were seated will be back againKid-friendliness: There is a beautiful bar that we have never sat at but lots of families were throughout the restaurant.

I took my mom for Mother’s Day today and though the place was full when we arrived the ladies at the front were quick on their feet to sit us down as soon as a table opened up. They were very kind and transparent about how busy they were. Everyone working was really nice and we loved our food. The horchata was amazing! When we were leaving we were given a small glass container with candy inside for Mother’s Day. Nothing crazy, but a small touch that I’ve never seen a restaurant do. It was very thoughtful! My mom will never forget it. Highly recommend!

This place has really good food and the portions are bigger than most places for the price. Very affordable. Lunch specials are great. Now the bad. Waitress didnt speak good english. I could get by with that. The worst part is that the music was sooooo loud that you practacly had to scream across the table at each other. As a sports bar, there weren't any sports in the tv's at lunch time. All that was in were Mexican talk shows. I'll probably visit again, but just as a to go order.

First time ordering from here and I didn't like the fact that there's no drive thru, so there was a big line of people waiting to be seated so by the time it was my turn my food was already cold, my kids didn't like their food because it was cold and the nuggets were over fry, my husband and I got the fajita for two, it's a very small amount for two at $26. It comes with beans rice a small bowl of salad, guacamole, sourcream and cheese, 6 tortillas total, the meat had a good flavor but definitely it could've tasted better if it was still hot.
