Denny's - Garland

I regretted my visit to this restaurant after seeing the state of the floors, which were quite dirty. The customer service was very disappointing as well. While there were several employees who were helping with cleanup, the young girls at the front seemed more focused on their phones. The coffee I received was cold, and I had to seek out another waitress since our assigned one was nowhere to be found.

Patricia was an excellent server, and I was really impressed by her ability to remember complicated orders without taking notes. The coffee is consistently hot, though I wouldn't classify it as a five-star establishment. Thankfully, they accept AARP cards, which is great for us seniors on a budget. Food rating: 4/5.

I don't know what happened to this Denny... The staff never comes to check if we need refills, food is simply thrown together, fries were more oily than an old Chevy 350, was served with a fork and spoon to eat a big dumpster melt? Asked for knife and got a plastic.. I could go on, but I'm on a 1% battery. Oh and no more refills on apple juice...

I absolutely enjoyed our meal and our experience here my server was amazing! She made sure we always had refills on our drinks, was very polite, and was over all just a delightful person. I wish I could remember her nameso she could get the recognition she deserves.
