In my experience, I agree with many folks regarding the inconsistency of quality/temperature of the meats and sides. I do agree with the lack of greeting (fairly consistent in the reviews and the attitudes of the employees. However, I love the scenery, I love the bartenders even if they give me so-so service, and I love being able to see their brew system out on the floor. And unlike some, I get that they can run out of barbecue. It's hard to gage how much will sell, as meat is expensive these days (but running out at 1:30 on a sunday? . But hey, people would complain if it was day old, right? I appreciate small business, craft beer, and nano-breweries as much as the next beer nerd. Give this place another chance if you truly support small businesses. Weirdest review all day, I know.
The brisket is delicious. The service is friendly and quick. The restaurant is very cute and clean. The only thing I'm not crazy about, is walking all the way to the back for takeout.
Pretty good BBQ. Jalapeno corn was great, okra was cold, Okra HAS to be fresh. Pulled pork was good, brisket and ribs were really good, jalapeno sausage was standard. If in the area I would stop again.
Food was excellent (and we are picky about our BBQ). Beef and Pork flavor are both well prepared. The house chips and okra are both must haves, seasoned just right. Atmosphere is laid back and the staff are friendly.
Brisket is hit or miss. It's either dry, or too fatty. Ribs are always good. The sides are all good. And they're Sour Peach ale ridiculously over priced and has an A.B.V. of 6.0 $13.00 glass. I bought 2 bottles to go $33. RIP off. Service: Dine in
