Mcdonald's - Garland

I usually visit this restaurant on Saturdays after work, from 3 PM to 10 PM. Unfortunately, I often encounter the same rude manager, Miriam, who is consistently unhelpful. Additionally, the food quality leaves much to be desired. It feels more like I’m serving myself than being waited on. The burgers always seem to be squished, which is quite disappointing.

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Most of the employees don’t seem to care about anything. Your order is guaranteed to be incorrect every single time. They won’t add condiments like barbecue sauce or ranch if you ask for them. They'll make you pull forward and park in the lot just to make it look like they're serving customers quickly. I live right down the street from this location, and it’s frustrating to deal with them every time. The older Mexican ladies who work here are the only ones who actually seem to put in the effort to keep this place running.

I'm mainly visiting for breakfast today. I didn't encounter any major issues, except for the long lines. The parking lot is quite small, so it's often easier to park a bit further from the restaurant. Overall, it's McDonald's—it's just a matter of how frequently they get your order right. Food rating: 3/5.

I just got my order from here. usually I order from another place, but this place is down the street from my apartment so I gave this one chance. That was a mistake. I got two applecakes instead of my three biscuits and no Mayo on my Mackicks. only pure laziness that could lead to this place finally going out of business. would all do us a favor.

The morning shift doesn't enter your code if you use the McDonald's app. They manually change it so you don't receive any points.If you order coffee with sugar and cream, you'll likely be missing one.The two ladies working 11/15/22 6am just have horrible customer service and they'll repeatedly talk about you in Spanish with their back turned towards you and be visiblely upset with you for wanting your order corrected.My wife and I normally come every morning to this location but we just can't take spirits like tar so early in the morning to start our day. Rather than cursing them out I figured I'd just write a review. Spare yourself the bad customer service, missed points, and messed up orders.Go to a different one you'll be happy you did
