Palio's Pizza Cafe At Firewheel

I adore their food because it provides me with a comforting sensation every time I take a bite.

I ordered an extra-large build-your-own pizza topped with pepperoni, bacon, beef, onions, and bell peppers. While the pizza itself was tasty, it arrived cold. I chose delivery, and it showed up 25 minutes past the estimated arrival time, despite living just 10 minutes from the restaurant. When it arrived, I could tell it was cold right away because the box wasn’t even warm. I might consider trying the food again, but I certainly wouldn't recommend ordering for delivery. I ended up paying $39, including the tip, for a cold pizza.

I usually enjoy this restaurant, but this time they made a mistake and I never received my meal.

Ordered food from the online pickup page, and they gave me the wrong order. Everyone else got the right thing who ordered with me. I ordered spaghetti with marinara sauce, I got penne with mushrooms, spinach, and bell peppers. Fix your website

Really dropped the ball tonight. Just when I thought I found my go-to Italian restaurant, tonight's pasta arrived cold and almost over cooked. Salad seemed to be mostly lettuce and few toppings. Breadstick was tough to chew. Disappointed.
