Starbucks - Garland

My friends are always invite me to drink coffee at Starbucks because they know that is always fresh. The guy working at this location should be working at another location bigger. He's customer service goes beyond what your typical guy does at other Starbucks. He's more friendly, many have lost that friendliness at other locations. I wish more people like him work at other Starbucks. You would think that as much as they charge for coffe, would have the same attitude.

Big staff and decadent Peppermint Micha Frappuccino helped me make my birthday special.

The manager Kiera and her employee Noemi were visibly high or drunk. Noemi originally told me that they can't scan my barcode, but she didn't even try it. So Kiera came by to help, but she could hardly see because she was engaged and had no problem scanning, but suggested I had to show her the wrong thing, although I had done nothing to scan my phone. The whole interaction was just very strange and definitely not the standard I'm used to by Starbucks.

The gentleman with the long hair in the register was completely radical. Help me with the best experience I had in a café! Give the man an increase!

They are very nice and professional, always try to drive problems properly. Thanks for your help guys
