First time I went there, the service was terrible! No one was at the counter, and had to finally get the the lady's attention to come to the front to take my order! Went there again yesterday, and this time they were friendly and helpful, and the steak sandwich was really good...but too expensive! Also, I believe I lost something there yesterday, so called the number listed several times, bit it just keeps on ringing, and noone ever answers! What kind of customer service is that? Very frustrating!
Just stopped by after a long time hoping it would be a better experience. We'll, it was worse. After helping a customer all the way through checkout, she came to help me with my order. I asked nicely if she would change her gloves since she touched the register, her mask, and went in the back to get other stuff. Instead of doing it, she refused and asked why she should. Saying she didn't touch anything. Gross. Just do it and everything would have been fine, why would you argue that point? Anyways, never again.
The lady works at noon 10/25/2021 was so rude. She asked me if I wanted toast or no, but her accent was so heavy which I couldnt hear it clearly. At the end, I realized my sandwich wasnt warm and I ask if she would mind toasting it. It only took 1min and it wasnt even busy. She talked and showed her rude and annoyed attitude. With your service, you dont even deserve 1 star, lady!
I ordered a cold-cut combo footlong, but when I got home, it was just bologna! The mayonnaise tasted expired too. I took three bites and then decided to give it to my dog, but even he wouldn’t eat it! Food rating: 1/5.
