I don't see the point that everyone is coming forward and waiting. It is very frustrating for the customer, especially if the order is not correct. I asked about Ketchup when I brought my order because Wendy's as a whole is only on request. She says she has cars coming and I can come back by the ride. I just went in.

Would taste a higher one because the good is something fresh. The fries are never fresh when I come here. The waiting time was super long again, seems to be no reason. Enough staff in the building. I saw the car in front of me order and go, but still I was in the order box. The older guy is always friendly, but we can ask for faster service. And fresh fries.

Whoever takes orders in the window must breathe deep!!! The female wouldn't let me commission, didn't even greet us and rushed to order them, she said our sum and told us to move to the window and we weren't even finished order! I finally fed myself and said, “You should be able to calm down,” and she said, I’m just asking a question Ma’am. What cutomer service!!!??
