Wendy's - Garland

I love going to Wendy's for the Baconator and the Junior baconators and the spicy chicken good place to go to

The biggie bag is a great deal. Burger, nuggets, fries and drink for under $7 bucks. The food is good. The service is excellent. They have always given me the correct order. Kudos to management!

The manager and help were rude they got my order wrong. Offer no apology or even replace the food. We got all the home and the order was all wrong, I did call manager offer no refund or to redo the whole order.

The food is consistently just OK but the staff continues to get ruder and ruder..I guess that's a part of the criteria to work here..they never say thank you, smile, or look happy to be at work!

I was the only customer in the drive-thru line, yet I was still asked to park in the front. It seems the employees are focused on meeting drive-thru time bonuses without consideration for the customers. Despite this, I was able to get everything I needed, even if it took more than 25 seconds. Overall, the food was great—4 out of 5.
