Williams Fried Chicken - Garland

This was my first visit to Williams Chicken, and I have to say, I was impressed. It's funny how often the unassuming places have the best food. Everything I ordered was fresh and served hot. I'm really glad I decided to skip Church's Chicken. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town.

The attitude of the staff at this location is terrible. The previous staff were much better. It seems that people who don't work there are just hanging out with the employees. I requested fresh chicken, but they were inside eating instead of preparing it and told me it would take 30 minutes.

I am always let down with my DoorDash orders from this restaurant. Every single time, something is wrong or I’m missing items! Even when I provide the exact order in the comments, it still ends up incorrect! If I could give them zero stars, I definitely would. It’s time to close this Williams down—can’t you see the reviews?

CHICKEN LIVERS WERE SOUR. I pray i don?t get food poisoning. Never again? i will go to a different location.

This location must have the most ignorant staff. I paid 53 dollars and got home and the order was totally messed up. Tried calling multiple times and no answer. I used to love Williams chicken, never will I go again.
