Today, Friday is when you eat fish in Bavaria: Bachsaibling fried on the skin, fried Pak Choi – sweet potatoes € 16.50 and a bottle of Pink Rhabarber bio € 3.20. “Bio” says no more about the taste. The hotel looks very new and is close to the historical centre of Garmische. I had a great room, which included a wardrobe with external access to air wet/damp/smelly clothes, a great idea. The room included a kitchenette and the hotel includes a small cafe/restaurant which provided a great dinner and breakfast. Breakfast is included in the tariff. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Free underground parking is available onsite.
Gestern sind wir am Abend spontan auf ein Gläschen Wein in die Tagesbar des Biohotels. Eigentlich wollten wir gar nichts essen, doch die kleine, aber feine Speisekarte hat uns mit leckeren Gerichten angelacht, so dass wir nicht garnicht widerstehen konnten! Und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht! Die unglaublich freundliche und gut gelaunte Servicekraft (sie hatte hübsches Dreads) tischte uns ein kulinarisches Erlebnis nach dem nächsten auf. Bestellt hatten wir jeweils eine andere Hauptspeise, doch davor bekamen wir noch zwei "kleine Grüße" aus der Küche! Die beiden kleine Vorspeisen hatten es ebenfalls geschmacklich in sich. Die Kombination Service und Küche hat einfach super gepasst, so nett wurden wir in Garmisch lange nicht mehr umsorgt! Hinzu kommt das wirklich hübsche Ambiente - Tradition trifft auf Moderne - da kann man sich nur wohlfühlen!Kann man auch einfach mal für ein spontanes Essen empfehlen!
Wir haben das Angebot der Holzlodges mit Stube, Wohn/Schlafraum und einer Galerie mit Hängematte und Blick auf die Kramerspitze und die St.Martinskirche sehr genossen. Herausragendes Frühstück und eine kleine, feine Karte am Abend in der "Tagesbar".
Ein neues Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal. Alles unkompliziert. Frühstück war auch lecker und lies keine wünsche offen
