BIG Thank You to Jackie had an issue with an order and Jackie showed what customer service and satisfaction is ALL about!! The level of Customer Service and quality of food is what chick-fil-A is know for and 110% the Garner location and Jackie did NOT disappoint

I used you mobile lane and it was exceptionally fast! It only took me 3mins from entering your driveway till leaving! And that is at 11:45am! WOW! I was greeted by Izzy….she was super kind and courteous! I also was greeted by an older gentleman that I couldn’t read his name-tag…possible manager! Also had a great experience at the window with a team member named abbey , Jeffery and John! The question of the day was a fun and great idea! Overall I will be returning to this location! One of the best!
