Contribuisci feedbackThis chic felt A had an excellent service and served fresh food. During my recent visit (August 27, 2022), the service was too slow in passing. The waiting period was about 20 minutes to come to the window to get the food. When I came home and opened my bag, nothing was fresh, but the pommes. I also ordered a Chicken Sandwich Deluxe and asked additional pickles on the sandwich. When I opened my sandwich, there was no salad or tomatoes. There was only an old piece of melted cheese and a very dark chicken patty. There were no extra pickles. The sandwich looked like it was sitting under the heat for two days. I also ordered a brownie that is normally moist, but not that brownie. The thing was old and dried. Looks like it's about two weeks old. I even put it in my microwave to heat it up to see if that would help. No, it was still dry like the desert in Iraq. I do not recommend this location at all. Message to Chic-fil-A: When you calculate premium prices for items on your menu, make sure that the food is fresh. Stop serving some old and outdated food that's been sitting around for days. You should be a Christian company, so please live according to your standards.
I made an order for my daughter and myself tonight and was surprised how terrible the service was. At the beginning we were not greeted with the input, nor were we offered help. We had to tell the representative that we had a mobile order. He didn't say a word of recognition. Instead, he turned around and told another representative that we had an execution order. She then gave us our order without saying a word. What I mean in this respect is that she didn't want to thank us for an order, nor did she tell us we were coming back. She literally said nothing. Notwithstanding my daughter and I remained polite to thank them and tell them to have a good night to which they had not yet reacted. To be even worse, our food wasn't even fresh and hot. I'm totally confused to leave this review because it seems more like McDonald?s unlike Chick-fil-A. That it is sad to say. Needless to say, we will leave this Chick-fil-A in the future.
This is the worse place ever! Every time I get my order is wrong after a long wait and I always have to turn around and back. This is really embarrassing for the entire franchise, considering that they are proud of being fast and correct as well as amazing customer service. It's just sucking because this is the nearest place to my house, but after tonight I'll never go back. Either shut down this location or set up a training for the entire location. 2 weeks later I ordered a salad and a spicy chicken deluxe with pepper jacket cheese for my daughter. Open it and she had a sandwich with grilled chicken bacon and another cheese! I don't understand why this place is still in business and more everything they do is a substitute that you waste gas and go back and get. I'm done here!
Chic-Fil-A was always a treat for me as a child. I remember getting free samples of the nuggets when that was a new concept. That was in the Altamonte Mall in Central Florida. Later, my high school friend worked there when she was 15 years old. I never understood why they were closed on Sundays. I know now. This location in Garner is a beautiful. You? re super busy and they have the drive thru on lock!
Why cant they get it right? I go to Chick Fil As all over the Raleigh area and they are fast fresh and efficient. This store is By a LONG SHOT, the absolute worst! I sat in line for 5 minutes watching an order taker The only one) flirt with a customer. There were only 2 cars in front of me and the one drove off. This location is close to work and we all talk about how horrible the lines and the service are. After 13 minutes I was finally handed my breakfast and coffee. Fortunately this time the correct food was in the bag. Jerry Coleman get your staff trained or get out of the fast food business!!
