Five Guys - Garner

The service at this restaurant is absolutely terrible. An employee handed me a milkshake with shake dripping off of it and then gave me a paper towel to wipe it off myself. I found it unacceptable that they didn't take care of it for me. I am determined to never come back to this place again. Additionally, the wait for food was incredibly long. The staff seemed more interested in socializing than actually working.

I can't believe it - how is it possible to put an entire bread clip in a burger?

Parking: The location is very convenient and everything is perfect. Trust me, this place is great. Wheelchair accessibility: For anyone in a wheelchair, the front door is easily accessible. You can easily be rolled in without any complications.

This is a well laid out run of the mill shopping center 5 guys. Fairly small for a 5 guys at that. Not for large crowds but fits the space its for. Condiments are right there and ready at the food pickup zone which is nice. They have the trays of nuts. Tables are generally cleared off but not necessarily clean.The food tastes as expected.

My husband stopped here to get dinner. I have a dairy allergy, to which they called out and wrote “allergy” on the bag. When he got home, I was excited to eat my burger, however, I found it covered in cheese! We’re now having to spend more money somewhere else for my dinner. We attempted to call and get our money back, but the phone number listed is not working. So now we’re out $20- $10 for the original burger and $10 for a burger from somewhere else. I understand things happens, but at least have a working phone number! Can’t exactly go back and have them re make it considering it’s 30 min from my house.
