Phenomenal Ribs - Gary

I ordered two medium-sized rib tip meals for pickup, and my friend and I waited over 45 minutes, only to find out that the rib tips weren't ready. Instead of being cooked in a BBQ pit, they had been baked in the oven. They were drenched in sauce, perhaps to mask the fact that they weren't prepared traditionally. What happened to the original Phenomenal Ribs? Please be cautious!

The food was amazing! I placed a large order, including tips and J dinners. However, I had to wait for about 45 minutes without any update on my order. If the wait is going to be that long, it would be nice to be informed. Overall, the food deserves a 5/5!

Best rib tips in Region! Fall of the bone, melt in you mouth, lip smacking sauce! Found through door dash, courtesy call ahead, sometimes extremely busy.

I was so upset, I spoke with the owner and she brought me my grilled wings to my door. I appreciate that so much! The wings were good and discounted , thank you Mary!
