We stopped in for a quick bite. The restaurant wasn't busy however it took 45 minutes for brisket and a couple of sides. Its like the staff has no sense of urgency or even purpose. The food is good but staff needs a little service training. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Waited 25 min for food and 1 drink. There was no one after me. The kitchen help spent more time looking at the pitcher than getting my drink after I finally got my food. Still no drink. Left the drink because I had to rush. Open our food, fried pickles weren't cooked all the way and neither were the fries we got. Waste of money. Also in response to their response, they had just been saying they were busy then business was dead for over an hr. There was no orders Being worked on. The food was amazing! My fiance and I each got a two meat plate with different sides so that we could share. Everything was fantastic. We had three different people come to make sure we were taken care of, they were super nice and not intrusive at all. The jalapeño Mac n cheese was perfect! The ribs we got were quite good, but not quite great. The service was... odd. I suspect the waitress was about to hand in her notice or something. It has the feel of a new restaurant. Fantastic food! Homemade onion blossoms and the best BBQ this side of Indy. Definitely a place to come get a great spud or ribs when your in the mood for BBQ.
