LA PAILLOTE - Gastes

This was my second (and last) time eating in this place. The first time I studied the menu, looked at the daily specials on the chalkboard and ordered one of the daily specials only to be told it wasn't available. It was 19:30 and it opens at 19:00. How could they not have a daily specials 30 minutes after opening when the place was almost empty?? Tonight we tried again. Big mistake. My son ordered chicken brochettes which arrived barely cooked on the outside and 100% raw on the inside. This is a salmonella poisoning waiting to happen. How hard can it be to grill some cubes of chicken until they are safe to eat? My daughter ordered a steak hache which arrived equally undercooked. I know it's acceptable to serve good cuts of meat rare or even blue but a glorified burger served light brown on the outside and completely raw in the middle is, in my opinion, unacceptable. My wife and I had moules which were ok but all four main courses came with frites which were cold, extremely greasy and limp. An unforgettable experience for all the wrong reasons. I wouldn't eat here again under any circumstances.

Pleasant location just near the lake not correct salads copious damage that the server has the air ignited (I think the season is long but always)

A very pleasant welcome and the mussels of the head with mustard left me a delicious souvenir!
