Pizza Hut - Gaston

Fast, diligent and friendly service when they first opened. Now, they don't run the store the way corporate has their store hours shown as, Nor is carry out avail on most days on the 2nd shift without any sign on the door and without any answer at the phones to be decent enough to let a customer know they aren't accepting carryout orders or pick up, staff is rude, minimal efforts to perform their job right, and the only real workers willing to work, are the delivery drivers

I gave this pizza hut a try once they opened but I wont be coming back. One I only ordered 1 pizza with 3 meat toppings on it and it was a whopping $17.00!!! Two the pizza looked and tasted good, but it seemed pretty small for what I paid, and three when I went in they had no menus to look at, I've never seen any restaurant do that! I'm just gonna stick with little ceasers, their pizza is just as good to me, and I would much rather pay $10 then almost double for the same

I work behind this building at food Lion, and while walking by the district manager stopped me and asked me had I had a chance to eat here yet. I responded with no I have not. However I have been waiting for them to open. This man was so kind and generous, He offered me a pizza on him!!! I absolutely LOVE their stuffed crust pizza and this gentleman made my day.

Worst pizza hut i have ever delt with, I've given this store a few chances. this is twice i haven't gotten my order, poor customer service , if it's a hour before they close you will not get your food. i have kids that use too really like there food , but crew tells you they didn't do anything , and even said i didn't call when i did. they take your money in three seconds but don't return it for days. I had pay for two meals instead of one because both time i had to call domino's just to eat. make your call to them they do a great job in choice

Just ordered a large supreme pizza when we got it home it was not done I call and let them know needless to say I will not order anything else from them the Pizza Hut in Gaston sucks
