Dunkin' - Gastonia

Terrible attitude. I didn't look at the reviews because it's dunkin. I didn't even come through my whole order before I just left, absolutely no standards.

Halfway home, stopped for a coffee. grabbed two maple frosted donuts to go with it. I am on the road and the maple frosted donuts had sprinkles on them. not all about them, but on the half of both donuts. unless it is a new version of maple frosted, it seemed as if the donuts were among others donuts that had sprinkles, and somehow the sprinkles ended on the donuts among them, mine. it did not ruin everything, but I can taste the difference between a maple, frosted and a maple, with sprinklen was good.

After waiting for four minutes, the staff member expressed her frustration and told me that if I didn’t like the wait, I could leave the line. When she finally asked for my order, I had to repeat myself three or four times. To make matters worse, I ordered a bagel with speck, eggs, and cheese, only to be informed that they didn’t serve anything hot. This is not how customers should be treated! I’ve visited Dunkin' Donuts locations all over the country, and I can confidently say that this was the worst experience I've ever had. Management needs to take action because this staff is tarnishing Dunkin' Donuts' reputation!

I stopped at this Dunkin location while on a road trip and the coffee was great! it turned out 10 hours into my trip that my wallet was missing. I realized I left it on a table or in the bathroom, so I called and there was no wallet to find. the next day I woke up on a text of general manager who inquired about my lost wallet! he told me that my wallet is safe and ready to pick up in his office. 24 hours later, my cards, money and tickets were still there and in good condition! I was sure I would never see my wallet again, but the manager aubrey was very helpful! honest and good people still exist in this world! thank you aubrey and dunkin coworkers!

This Dunkin has always been so good to me. I was in line for a pretty average amount of time and the representative Niyah, not only offered me a donut for the wait, she gave me a good suggestion on what sandwich to get and it was phenomenal. The iced coffee that I get per usual was on point too. It’s a great way to start your day going to them.
