Mcdonald's - Gastonia

I went thru the drive thru Oct. 10th 2016 around 3:30 pm. The cashier was a young man he was so polite, he asked me how my day was ,I told him I was fine, but just left from a funeral. he said he was sorry for my loss, as I was leaving he said he would say a prayer for me and the family. This young man made a differance in my life,,, It didn't matter to him what my color was. This young man was raised to care for everyone.. McDonal's we need more people like him.

That they have given my baby instead of nuggets! better! take manager even complain seriously more.

That's the worst place I've ever been! Every time I go here, something is wrong! for the longest time they never had paper. the people are either very rude young and play around when they should serve. today my order was completely wrong and what I got was terrible! biscuit fell apart, chicken gum and a part of my order was completely wrong and when I tried to see about the return, the number for the location on the entrance and the website separated! how does a company have no working number. super disappointed! visit this place never again! I understand that the pandemic has allowed us all to be a bit more lax, but that's just terrible. there should be a much higher standard for service and product in food service.

The service was fast. but like any other mcdonald 's sad that we do not have milkshakes our machine is downstairs I would recommend replacing these machines with all sonic applications because their machines are never downstairs. anyway we have adapted our order to a combo and a burger. even the message that burgers simply don't get to add a cheese, and I bet they can guess what happened next. I drive down the street that eat a cheeseburger .with cheese and if I'm totally honest for the price and taste of this place is not so bad. actually practical and reasonable. this is probably the reason why we are back again and again with high expectations, expects likely result and replacement to order from the dollar menu. u knows how to speak. So, if they have ordered his kind from here two times, then their fault is not.

I wait at 10:30 in the first window and next person to get my food. I sat there for 30 minutes and noticed that they served the people behind me from the first window. I never wanted to get out of line to wait for my food. that were 3 orders of the 10 pieces nugget meal. I got my money back and let go. the worst experience of all time
