Sam's Club - Gastonia

Talk about a lack in management. Your meat selection is not what it once was. Got me waiting 30+ min for some pork chops to be cut. You guys need some folks to come down from corporate to retrain your store. No one wants to work it seems. Just grab one that is already cut and let me go on my way. These are days I wish Costco was around here. SMH You’re way better than that this.

Went on a busy Saturday morning. Store was clean. We did scan n go... so that was easy for checkout. Restroom could use some attention.Stopped at food court. Attendants were nice. Food was hot. BUT 2 of soda machines and ice tea were not working.

You guys offer the scan and go feature for the location here but it doesn't actually work? You only have 2 lanes open with the exception of self check out. I really wanted to use my card that is only virtual but I couldn't because your scan and go feature is falsely advertised for this location

Great store and friendly staff. Store is presentable and clean.Update: Recently I've been seeing this in the photo below please fix this when I come by next time and this is still here I'll have no choice but to report this to the fire department as this is a fire code violation. I want to bring it to your attention first so please fix thanks I don't want anyone getting injured or killed because of this thanks.

As a disabled person, going to warehouse store is daunting, but Sam's Club has electric carts, and always has good deals. This location has much more than the one closer to me, so I go out of state just to find a bigger selection.
