Whiskey Mill Gastonia

My wife and I were looking for a new place and came across Whiskey Mill. Having spent the first 15 years of my career in foodservice I always read reviews to see what others are saying about a restaurant before I go. I have to say our experience here today was one of the best I’ve ever had. Our drinks were never empty, food was served hot and fresh, and we were checked on several times.App ordered 3:20Food ordered 3:25App arrived 3:30Food arrived hot 3:46Several ppl have expressed how good the wings are here, I consider myself a wing connoisseur and they are phenomenal I got the Whiskey Wet and was not disappointed.Yes, the staff does gather at the bar to talk but this is a small business not a corporate restaurant we were still greeted upon entry and taken care of until we left. I am not an employee nor do I know anyone who works there, but this restaurant deserves more than a 4.2 rating and we will definitely be back!

Lemon Pepper Wings with their home made hot sauce is a flavor l will never forget. I will leave Newberry just to go back to this place !

The food was great. I sooo love the fries. Everyone's meal was great. That manager Jason is awesome. He makes sure his customers are taken care of. ZERO complaints about this spot. Good food and worth every dime.

Have only been to the one in Gastonia. Take out and have dined in as well. Our favorite are the hotdogs. They are excellent. My husband took hotdogs to his men's meeting at church and now a few of them visit whiskey mill for the hotdogs. The service is sometimes a little slow but it is worth the wait. Food is always great and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Will continue to visit.

The wings are awesome. The General Manager is so sweet. The bartender was great. Will definitely be back!!
