Despite there being a small army of disaffected teens manning this place, nothing seems to get done. Place is not busy, but people are stacking up and waiting 20+ min for “fast” food. Not sure who is driving the ship, but they were awol tonight.

Every time I go to this place, I ask to get my chicken pliers rolled in sauce and my wings. this is the second time that my chicken tsarges were not sown at this place. I go to places in lake wylie, charlotte and rockhill and have no problems. I do not ask for a refund or free food. everything I ask is that the employees are proud of their work. as store manager in another local public service chain, this is bothering me because this is not professional and doesn't look good for the company. best insights, kh

The last couple of times I ordered a five-piece and 4 pieces. I also ordered extra latitude and they had none. but I must say the people who work there were very polite. for the first time it was about the problem, but now I'm sick and just wanted a protein, so I'm not ready to go back. you can find out what the difference is between four and five, please.

It used to be a whole lot better, I don't like how you can't sub out the fries anymore, unless you want their dry old Cole slaw they are always cold and unseasoned, and they barely give you any.I also don't like how they no longer have marina for their cheese bites..
