Mcdonald's - Gatineau

Very crowded and service is slow, I wouldn't have minded so much if at least they didn't forget anything like always... i keep thinking I won't go back yet everytime somehow I still give the benefit of the doubt, as if they'd start giving me what I asked for. Am I in an abusive relationship with mcdonalds? Anyways, this time they didn't forget my meal at least lol, just the sauce for the nuggets and the fork for the poutine and my coffee

Typical McDonalds, good fast food, place is a lot crowded and service is slowThe soft drinks felt extra watered down for some reason, there is a top level floor for sitting that’s handy during busy timesParking is onsite which is very nice and helpful.

This is supposed to be fast food. I agree with the other reviews here. We live nearby so we used to go here often. Every. Single. Time. It takes at least 25 minutes to get your order in the drive through. Why? It 's McDonald 's, it 's Fast. Food.The worst part of it is the attitude. Completely dismissive and angry for some reason. The latest episode, we waited for 25 minutes and they forgot to give us our drink. So we said, oh our drink is missing, and they sighed and smashed the drive through window shut. What the actual hell? So we went inside and multiple people were requesting a full refund of their order because they were tired of waiting.Drinks half filled, parts of the orders missing, this is all common.But the worst part is when you ask them politely to actually get what you paid for, they are angry at you, give you attitude, and act like you are a pest, a nuisance to them.It is definitely worth driving further to get your McDonald 's. Whatever day you 've had, good or bad, you will leave this place feeling miserable.

The workers at this location are incredibly unmotivated clearly, I understand it’s not a glorious job but you’re being paid to work. Other people that mentioned the incredibly slow drive thru couldn’t have under-exaggerated more, I’m mind boggled by the fact I just waited stuck in a line for 30 mins to get a coffee. I should have just left ? Nahhhhh this places drive thru is so narrow that if the person ahead of you decides to wait, you could have a heart attack and the paramedics would have to wait till they get every ones orders done before they can save you . Incredible

The owner of this restaurant doesn't seem to care about the quality of their business. The customer service is terrible, with staff members who can't even speak English. Orders are frequently incorrect. If this were a Tim Hortons, the owner would likely be replaced by someone who values their reputation and provides better service. Overall, this was the worst dining experience I've ever had.
