Pizza Papa - Gatineau

When I spoke to the manager the next day, their excuse was that someone near my door had accepted the food, and that was good enough for them. I live alone, so I have no idea who they are referring to. They left my food with a stranger and considered their job done. They didn't even bother to call me when there was no answer at my door to discuss alternative options. If I hadn't already paid in advance, they would have made sure to track me down, but since they had my money, they just left it with a random person outside. This was a huge safety concern - anything could have happened to the food! In a city renowned for its shawarma and pizza, this restaurant cannot afford to provide such poor service. There are plenty of other places that are far superior, and that's where I'll be dining from now on.

I ordered pizza and poutine from this restaurant to my hotel, and I was very satisfied with my order. The food was warm and delicious, and it was delivered in a timely manner.

Went to go get pizza from this place. We walked in and they showed us a pizza menu. After looking it over we decided to get that large pizza for 25$ that came with 2 free 500ml drinks. During the checkout the guy said that “those menus are old and they changed them to new ones” and the pizza was now 29$ and the drinks weren’t included. Should have just left at that point. Even after just walking in person to order takeout they still asked for a tip. Unbelievable. When coming home to look at the pizza we noticed the dough was completely raw. There was a lot of extra cheese that was chewy like rubber and the grease was overwhelming. It soaked through the cardboard box and actually took a hole in the box. To make things worst I asked for half vegetarian and half pepperoni and meat, and there was meat all under the vegetarian side.Will not be going again, even after looking at the reviews before posting this one I have seen similar issues to people being scammed about the prices and the below average food.I thought the guy would ATLEAST apologize at the price and give us a free 1 500ml drink but he basically said too bad so sad that’s our bad.Extremely disappointed.

Crust is thin as paper, and wet. Cheese isn't cooked enough and it's hard to chew and swallow.Wet, greasy, disgusting pizza. ?
