I am extremely disappointed with the service of this place, and if i could put zero stars I woild have! What is even more disappointing is coming here to write a review about this so called manager that cant even control his own temper and remarks to his clients, anx to see that many other people have also put 1 star reviews because of him and his disgraceful service, yet they are asked tl send more details to rectify the situation! Rectify what? This guy is still there and is still as disrespectful as all these reviews indicate! Now I want to say what happened with me.I got there (first time I intend to try this place by the way, and surely last time) and the guy taking my order was very polite. I asked him if the chicken was chicken breast or mixed with other parts of of chicken (because I can only eat chicken breast), he said he will ask the manager, who just happened to walk behind him. He responded shouting at him breast? Did you tell her its breast??? I interfered and said no, I am asking if its... And be interrupted and said its chicken! so I proceeded to tell the cashier what I wanted, payed, and saw the manager had already put all the salad ingredients, I asked is that for me ? I dont want any onions please. Andge started his rude remarks that I ordered Greek food and obviously it comes with onions. Some more give and take before i finally asked for a refund, and he said yes refund her, with that kind of attitude we are closed! Seriously??? Zero... Thats what this disrespectful arrogant guy gets!

My experience at the restaurant was extremely disappointing. I was the victim of verbal and gestural aggression from the manager.When I got to the register, I ordered a chicken souvlaki (sandwich). The person in charge of making my sandwich turned his back on me, discreetly opened another box and took out a sandwich that I assumed was from a later order, then put it in my box. Shocked by this approach, I asked her why she had done this and why she had not asked me what vegetables and sauces I wanted. To my surprise, she threw the box away, took another loaf of bread and asked me, “What vegetables do you want?” I then expressed my dissatisfaction to him by pointing out his disrespectful behavior. In response, she asked the cashier for a refund and gave me the finger. What shocked me the most was finding out that this person is the restaurant manager. I am really disappointed with this experience and will not return there again. It's all the more a shame because the old team was exceptional.

Very good every time. The fries are excellent. But a bit expensive.

My restaurant experience was very disappointing. Unfortunately, I witnessed unacceptable behavior from the manager towards his employees. The vulgar and disrespectful remarks he addressed to them created an unpleasant atmosphere. Also, I noticed that the cleanliness left something to be desired, which strongly influenced my overall impression of the place. I sincerely hope that the manager will take measures to improve the treatment of his employees and the cleanliness of the restaurant

Very disapointed. I always had a salad and at first I was given the pita with the tzatziki, but overnight I was told that the tzatziki was no longer provided and that I had to pay. What's the point of serving me dry bread that doesn't go with the salad dressing. You have to make up your mind and very poor service and attitude from the girl with the glasses.
