Subway - Gatineau

Yesterday I go to subway for dinner whit my dad. Me and my dad take the same sub. She takes a 12 inches pizza sub whit cheddar cheese. In my sub I put salad, tomato, cucumber, hot pepper and barbecu sauce. The sub look good and when I start eating is very good and he have a very good ambiance. So I propose this place for eat an excellent dinner. thanks you !

Expensive, did not advise me about extra for additonal topping on the sandwich and did not taste good at all

Nothing spectacular, but a place I can rely on for a quick meal on the go. The staff are friendly and the restaurant is clean. I think they could pump it up with a few signature touches, maybe a few more toppings to offer.

My husband gets extra meat and cheese, and I get minimal meat but LOTS of vegetables. It's hard enough to explain this to people who speak English. The two young fellows working here (located at most 5 minutes from the Ontario border) had next to no knowledge of English. They continually spoke in French while I gestured and pointed to what I wanted. Actually had to have a lady in line translate for us when they just stood there with blank stares on their faces. They do a weird thing here where a footlong is cut in half and wrapped and packaged as two six-inches. Strange. Tasted alright I guess, it's a chain restaurant, more or less the same as our hometown Subway, and I do love Subway.
