Tim Hortons - Gatineau

This is the best tim hortons in gatineau/alymer. The main counter clerk is fully bilingual and very accommodating. The only issue I ever had, was when I went through the drive through and they forgot to add cream to my coffee. Went inside and the correction was made without hesitation and a smile. Great customer service.

I ordered a sanwich and I was so tired that I fell asleep while waiting for my order. and the young lady give me two sanwiches instead of one because I must have looked pretty tired. great service. would recommend

This Tim Horton I like. The staff is very pleasant and very accamodating. I bought a box of 12 donuts. I asked the young girl who served me to please give me a bag, she looked all over the store to find me a big bag to put the big box of donuts in and finally she found a big bag. She smiled and said ' there I found you one '. I thanked her for her persistence in locating the proper bag for the donuts. She was well trained in dealing with the public. In general the staff at this Tim Horton are all very nice. So yes, do drop in at this Cite Des jeunes Location situated in the small Mall Where there is a Metro grocery store. It 's really so pleasant when Customers are greeted right away upon arriving with smiling employees.

Order of club tim... they forgot to put the meat!!? How incompetent can you be?

I find this location very awkward. It creates traffic and the entrance is located in a high traffic area. Park on the drive through side and use the crosswalk if you don't want to die!!! Service can be slow and beware if you order ahead they often run out of products. The price was right. Not always the cleanest either.
