Alicia (I hope my spelling is right) at the Barossa Visitor Centre is an absolute superstar. We had a booking on a winery tour and we were let down with a cancellation by the operator with less than a day’s notice. We gave the centre a call and Alicia was on the case. She rang around for us and found us a place on a tour the following day. She literally saved our weekend. What a legend!!!

Staff were super super friendly and sooo helpful. They really knew the area well and were able to suggest lots of things for us to do. Hikes, drives etc which we really enjoyed. We hadn't intended on hiring bikes, but when we said that we normally ride (roadies) they suggested we hire bikes and ride around the wineries. We were skeptical about the quality of the bikes, but were able to check them out prior to deciding. They were really good quality, well maintained hybrid style mountain bikes. We ended up having a great day out on the bikes!

Very helpful and informative staff. Parking out back including space for long vehicles. Toilet and shower across the path.
