Applebee's Grill - Gaylord

The food is served hot, the restaurant is very clean, and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

The servers seem unfriendly and lack basic manners towards guests who walk in to use the bathroom; they often give disapproving looks.

This was my first experience dining at an Applebee's, and it was quite enjoyable. I ordered the fish and chips along with onion rings. The staff promptly refilled our drinks when they were getting low. To settle the bill, I simply scanned a QR code on the receipt to pay using my phone, but they also accept cash.

I nomally have a super experience here, but the last time I was there I ordered a Margurita. I always get them everytime I go. This last time they brought me a martini glass and a shaker cup and called it a Margurita. It took a lot of convincing to get it in the normal glass I am used to. It wasn't frothy. Had cubes and not crushed ice. Very dissappointed.
