Will never forget reading crusty as my name on the box just because the dude at the counter didn 't like how I looked. Correct name was on the pickup window and ticket though, so yes, it was intentional

Had to bring 4 boxes of pizza back it taste so bad the sauce was old and sour the pizza was not done all the way it was doughy!!! They need to do better!

I normally do not do reviews, today I ordered food and there was an error. I went back to Little Caesars and when I tell you the young man (Deshaun, manager) was so understanding, respectful and very pleasant. I give him praises for his customer service skills and for being so professional for a young person.

If I could give a zero, I would. If you are hungry, in a rush, or just want a decent meal please at all cost avoid this little Caesars. The customer service is terrible even on a good day and that's at the store and on the phone. My experience was I placed an order on the phone for an hour wait for wings. When I arrived at the store after waiting said hour the line was long and the customers were angry, I have now become one of those customers. Food was being given out without confirmation, and sometimes without care. The people of course were trying to appease everyone and that is not an easy task however if I place an order in advance knowing that this type of rush is possible, I don't want to be told that they never made it. I don't want to be asked if I would like a pizza when I ordered wings. And I would like to be talked to about why my order wasn't fulfilled not told that it takes a long time to cook. They have always sucked, but tonight takes the cake. Hopefully new management will be available because right now they aren't doing anything but driving their namesake into the ground.

Great for a quick Christmas Eve treat for the whole family! And super easy!
