Friendly staff, best deli on Long Island. However Avoid going on Sundays, its a madd house with extremely long lines waits. 6 16 23 update I still go here regularly. Nothings changed, A+ 7 14 24 This is this is still one of my favorite places to go to for breakfast, and I no longer feel the brunt of the long lines as I go much earlier in the morning, usually in between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m.
In town visiting and 6 am bagel call was needed… really good bagels n breakfast sandwiches.. also got some bagels to go and place was quite busy with local workers as well… coffee was actually decent as well.
Don't expect any good flavors like the French toast bagels unless you go in as soon as they open. I don't know any other bagel spots that refuse to refill a popular flavor like that but this place is all sesame and egg everything's and a few rainbow (which I hope you know is just plain bagel with food coloring. So my advice is make a point to get there before 9am if you want a decent selection of flavors. Also the parking lot is so small on such a busy street.
I was in the neighborhood and decided to grab some breakfast here. There was a line going out the door but it moved fairly quickly and we were able to order in less than 10 minutes. I got a bagel with lox and cream cheese and it was fantastic considering it was $10! And it came with a coffee and chips. The quality of the bagels was good and they didn't cheap out on the lox or cream cheese. And even though they were very busy, the staff was kind and friendly. They took our orders with a smile and had a gentle and positive attitude. A good morning became a great one because of the good bagels and nice staff. I will be visiting again when I'm in the neighborhood.
