Absolutely ridiculous. The staff all have terrible attitudes. They made my sandwich wrong twice in a row and then got an attitude when I said something about it. My entire family was already done eating before i could just get my money back since they can’t make a sandwich the way it was on the receipt. Never again. Don’t waste your time

A long wait for disappointment. Our sandwiches were sparse. Hardly any meat on them. Too expensive for this. Not worth the money. Go somewhere else.

I’d give service negative if I could, I have NEVER had a worse experience in a restaurant than this one. Employees are useless as soon as we walked in 20 minutes till close a male employee says “sorry we’re closed” management obviously doesn’t care to do any better considering all the negative reviews. Needless to say won’t be returning advise you don’t waste your money here.

Again..went to fire house subs 2301 Augusta rd..The person who took the order was friendly..and respectful..The sub was Great..and fresh..In today's market..The service industry has declined so bad that people no longer enjoy going out to eat..Not Here..It was a pleasure..Great Job guys..?
