Arby's In K - gdom City

Great food and customer service. Very satisfied with my 4 for $10 Excellent choice thanks

Stopped in Saturday evening, they must have been short of help. No ice, all beverages were empty, no ketchup and food service slow.

My husband and I went in to eat. We order a French dip and Swiss. My husband found a plastic wrapper inside his sandwich.Only thing they offered was a free cookie. They should have offered a free meal but they didn't. He could have swallowed it. Shame on Arby's. It was the manager that offered the cookie.

This visit was great! Sometimes there is a very long wait in line, but I got there early. The turkey bacon ranch market fresh sandwich was delicious. The curly fries were fresh and hot. The drive through staff was very friendly.

I made a short visit as we was traveling and I only got a small meal for my son the food was not good not bad it was just in between it was on the cold side it didn't taste fresh to him and he didn't even finish the meal but of course I didn't complain and go to the bathroom and it wasn't clean at all it was tissues all over the place it had a bad smell to it like someone went in and get more than enough of their business and left their DNA behind and it just wasn't it just wasn't right and I was hoping that I would be able to leave a review and I was glad I was able to leave one maybe they'll do something about it and maybe check the food before passing it out as being ready to as hot and fresh.
