Another beautiful McMenamins location! A shame the original hotel burned down, but this new one is just delightful. There's plenty of places to drink, sleep, and even a hidden room! The food and beverages were very good. I never ate the same thing twice during the visit and each item was delicious and cooked to perfection. The variety and quality of the draft beers for such a small place was exceptional. The rooms were ok. The décor was curious and unique. The rooms were dark and the beds were firm. The most of the staff were nice and helpful but overwhelmed at times. It appears they serve the hotel, surrounding condos AND the golfers. Food drinks: The beer menu is stellar. The service was typical—slow and lacking. This seems to be a common issue across all their locations, as there’s a noticeable disregard for both pricing and customer service, particularly in the restaurants.
