Other tables were leaving their food. Yorkshire puddings with the roast dinners were rock hard, again other tables were leaving these on their plates. I've had the same menu at other locations and enjoyed the food in the past. Issue seems to be in the kitchen. Otherwise it's a nice location and would revisit for a drink only. Edit 2: returned a few years on and the food seems to have improved
The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble for them. There were 25 of us and we were very demanding but we couldn’t have asked for better service! The food was great and there’s loads to do for the kids too. A special thank you to Holly who washed my friends daughters brand new white designer cardigan after I spilled half a glass of red wine over her! I will definitely go back and I definitely recommend to anyone thinking of going! Kid-friendliness: There’s lots to do and the staff are very patient and tolerant of lots of kids running around!
