Hungry Jack's Pty Ltd - Geelong

We found the Hungry Jack's app to be user-friendly and convenient for placing an order on-the-go. The customer service was excellent and we were delighted with the tasty meal we received.

Chaos . Sunday 18 march 6pm rubbish everywhere, bins overflowing. No staff around to empty bins. Please fix this issue

Very old and was unclean when I visited. The toilets were a complete mess. There wasn't a lot of staff on and not many customers either

On one occasion I heard one staff member say they had dropped my grilled chicken burger on the floor and the other say 'what?' I was then given my meal before I could ask if that's really what had happened staff had left after giving me my food. On another occasion I ordered a coffee after deciding not to eat food there again and saw the girl stirring my coffee with her hands in my drink!!! On both occasions I did not eat or drink the food I paid for. It's seems they chuck you your food and disappear before you can question anything! I will never be back to this restaurant!!!

A great cheap meal when you are on the run. When teamed together with the shake and win app you can sometimes get a free product as well. Winning!
