Griffin Cafe - Geismar

A friend bought me a take out from here, and y?all cooking is wonderful!!!

The food at Griffin Cafe is excellent and reasonably priced, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

We really enjoy their home-cooked plate lunches. My favorites include fried chicken, chicken fried steak, potato salad, and spaghetti with cheese.

To my knowledge, this is the only soul food restaurant in Ascension Parish, Louisiana. The food is fantastic, particularly the lasagna, and the customer service is excellent. I highly recommend visiting this place if you're in search of a home-cooked meal.
