And if you have to have Pizza Hut, which is heading down south quickly, order from a different location. THESE PEOPLE WILL STEAL FROM YOU. I had an employee from this location add herself a generous tip to my carry out order. I tried to think things like ?well her teenage child was literally sitting in the waiting area while she was working so maybe she?s desperate?. But this charge she scammed me out of over-drafted my card and put ME AND MY CHILD in a horrible position. When I called to make the manager aware and get my money back, the employees there would put me on hold claiming to transfer me to a manager and would either transfer me to a non-existing or non-working line, transfer me to their useless customer service, or just hang up on my face. Even when I called back every single time, nineteen times in a row, they did the same thing over and over again. When I did talk to customer service, the agents there were completely unprofessional, rude, uncooperative, and did the same things the employees at the location did. If a customer service agent couldn?t help me with getting money back that was stolen from me, why would you transfer me to them ? And why was no customer service agent interested in taking down a written report of the incident ? Remember those strikes a few years ago with fast food employees demanding at least $13 an hour? This is why they didn?t get it.
My experience was horrible. We were told our order would be ready for 7:13 and it was not ready until 8:10. The lobby was packed with people waiting on orders with the same problem. The manager that was at the register stated that the website was giving out the wrong estimated time and they were more than 10 orders behind. Well I guess the manager got frustrated and left without saying anything to the people in the lobby or the employees. He just left. He finally returned about 15 minutes later. By this time several people cancelled their order due to frustration. This is not the first bad encounter at this pizza hut but definitely the worse. I will not be returning
Placed order at 7:44pm.. 23-33minute delivery. Since 8:15pm I have been trying to get in touch with this location, only getting hung up on. Contacted Pizza Hut headquarters, filed report and request for refund. It 's now 8:59pm, order still showing we 're making your order. And my husband is STILL without dinner! All headquarters couls tell me was that the general manager would contact within 1-3 days. I asked where my husband 's food was.... with unfortunately, I cannot contact this location directly, and I even conference called headquarters with this location. Will NEVER use this location again! With that, after headquarters experience, most likely Pizza Hut in general. This was an absolute joke!
If I could give this no stars I would. This was just horrible, first my pizza was wrong. I can't even describe the cinnamon rolls. Just all wrong. There is no way this is cooked.
I have to admit, I haven't had Pizza Hut in many years. Finally decided to give them another try and boy am I glad we did. It was absolutely delicious! We had an original hand-tossed with 3 meats, original marinara, and the Hut original crust and then a thin crust Supreme with the sweet marinara. My favorite part was the sweet marinara, while my husband's was definitely the herbs and cheeses on the crust edge. We will definitely order again!!
