Contribuisci feedbackThe traditional restaurant is hidden in a residential area in the suburb of Wattenscheid-Höntrop in Bochum and recalls an old typical Ruhr area pub. The menu contains in particular carvings and steaks, but also specialties in the Pfifferling season. We also find typical Ruhr-area foods Brathering, Sülze, or Gypsy sausage and Jägerwurst. The scavengers are freshly prepared (incl. knocking! . Add to this a very tasty salad, well assembled with a tasty dressing of the house. Very tasty also the house pot with carvings and peas and carrots. Nice and attentive service Not optimal: some beers from the map were surprisingly sold out...? Otherwise completely all right!
We visited the chronicle again and were NOT disappointed again!!! Great steaks! Nice operation! Good service! We like to come back!
Yesterday we were back in the chronicle after a longer break! It was as great as the other visits. Great service, very fast and always friendly! My wife and I both had a carving with asparagus, sauce Hollandaise and croquettes! The carving was the hammer! Our friends ate steaks and were also enthusiastic! We can really recommend this place and look forward to the next visit!
Good card with classic dishes! Here everyone is going to be joined! There are seasonal dishes such as green cabbage! Beneficiaries are offered as an extra! The steaks are amazing! I had the steak with shrimp yesterday and I can only recommend it! Surf and Turf different! Great interpretation of a classic! The Schnitzel and the homemade Czevapcici are highly recommended! The staff is very nice and accommodating, also special requests are unproblematic and are happy to be met. Here you can also only turn on a fresh fever, which I will surely do again!
