The Independent - GEMBROOK

My partner and I stopped here for a late lunch on our way back to Melbourne from Warburton. The food was exceptional! The staff was welcoming and attentive. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

The food is incredible. The service is professional yet relaxed. We enjoy coming here for special occasions and often opt for one of the chef's tasting menus. Don't forget to treat yourselves to the paired drinks as well. It's a perfect spot to celebrate a birthday with your significant other (make sure to leave the children at home)!

I visited this restaurant about a year ago and found the food to be unique from my usual preferences. However, I really enjoyed it. I recommend trying it for a South American culinary experience - you won't be disappointed.

Had an amazing lazy Friday lunch in this funky converted garage. The food was ample, delicious and beautifully presented on unusual tableware, with great, welcoming service. A fabulous Argentinian Tempranillo washed it all down with great effect. I've been telling all my friends it's worth the drive up the mountain to this unexpectedly wonderful establishment.

Came here for farthers day dinner. Which comprises of a 7 course set menu. Overall the atmosphere was like a brewery and was quite comfortable to sit in. We had received our entrees before our drinks and we felt a little bit rushed because of how efficient they were. The dishes were good with some hits and misses.
