Best gf pizza I had so far! it was perfect. the owner is zöliakie so he knows everything about it. there is an additional GF menu with appetizers, pasta, pizza and desserts. they are very cautious in terms of pollution. the pizza is baked in a separate metal dish and the pasta is cooked in a separate pot (which is why it takes about half an hour).
