I ordered two bentos to take to my friend who lived nearby but it was horrible! The Bulgolgi “bento” only had rice and Bulgolgi and not what they described in the menu! I ordered a sushi bento and it wasn’t great as well. Service wasn’t the greatest. I assure you would regret it if you went. I regretted not taking a photo of the horrible bentos or I would upload it here. Try it at your own risk.
This place serves authentic Korean dishes as you would expect when coming back from a long trip in Seoul and Korea (my case when I went to Yoo). Flavors are amazing and respectful of the original cuisine. The restaurant is small and cosy, the staff is friendly and nice, reservations advised. Highly recommended !!
Probably the best Ojingo Bokum and Bibimbap we had so far. They also have other foods which you wont find in most traditional korean restaurants such as Bao and the Shabu Shabu hot pot.
After a long while we had the chance to dine out at Shabu Shabu again one of the few places in Vienna where they still cook Korean the traditional way. We had an array of dishes from the menu, including of course Bulgogi. Everything tasted delicious. The host and his team are very friendly and hospitable, too. No regrets at all, and will definitely followed by another da capo. A lot of Koreans find their way to this place as well (for above mentioned reason), and the experience offered here is really unique and different in a very pleasant way.
The service was nice but for the price we paid for the Shabu Shabu, we were expecting something a bit more exotic. We ordered the beef and the vegetable dishe and noticed the selection and the amount of vegetables was not worth 39 Euros. Also, we were disappointed to find that they were out of red wine by 7 pm. The food was okay but not for the price we paid.
